Cyber breaches and related incidents are daily occurrences within Canada and around the world. Companies recognize the need to protect their data in order to safeguard key informational assets. Less well understood, however, is the legal imperative to protect data, particularly the personal information of your customers, employees, and others.

This webinar will review existing obligations under Canadian law for protecting personal information, and new legal requirements for cyber breach reporting and data security.
