From the C-Suite: Why WestJet is Investing in New Brunswick

Alberta-based WestJet, Canada’s highest-rated airline for customer service, announced in April it will create more than 400 home-based positions in the province of New Brunswick over the next four years.

Since its founding in 1996 WestJet has grown from a company with 220 employees flying to five destinations, to one with nearly 12,000 employees and over 100 destinations across North and Central America, the Caribbean, and Europe.

A second centre based in Canada’s only officially bilingual province, in a city known as a centre of excellence for contact centres, will allow us to provide additional hours of service for our French-speaking guests.”
